If, for example you wanted to do a racisim PSA, do you have to be affilated with a particular group or non-profit agency inorder to be shown on tv?

To the best of my knowledge there's really no laws on it but stations might have their own standards.

Why are you doing it? They're usually put together by non-profits or the stations themselves.
